Draft v1. Product-specific policy written by the PixelForgeHub operator. Review by a lawyer is recommended before scaling; sufficient for a solo creator at launch.

Acceptable Use Policy

PixelForgeHub is a creative tool. You are responsible for every video, image, and voice you generate with it. These are the uses we do not allow — violating them will get your account suspended without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

1. Content you may not generate

1.1 Non-consensual likenesses

  • Deepfakes or synthetic media of any real person without their documented, verifiable consent.
  • Synthetic intimate imagery of any identifiable person — consensual or not. This is an absolute prohibition regardless of age or jurisdiction.
  • Voice clones of real people (living or deceased) without written permission from the person or their estate.

1.2 Election & political content

  • Synthetic media depicting a candidate, elected official, or public figure saying or doing something they did not say or do, if distributed within 120 days of any election.
  • Content designed to suppress voting, misrepresent voting procedures, or impersonate election officials.
  • Unlabeled political ads — all political content generated with PixelForgeHub must carry an AI-generated disclosure in-frame for the full duration.

1.3 Minors

  • Any sexual, suggestive, or violent content involving minors.
  • Realistic depictions of real, identifiable minors in any context without documented parental/guardian consent on file.

1.4 Fraud, impersonation, and harassment

  • Synthetic content impersonating a business, executive, or support agent for the purpose of phishing, investment fraud, or social engineering.
  • Content targeting an individual with harassing, threatening, or doxxing material.
  • Fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fabricated case-study quotes attributed to named people or companies.

1.5 Infringement & provenance

  • Uploading copyrighted source material you do not own or have license for, including song lyrics, film excerpts, or character designs protected by trademark.
  • Using the generator to remove or obscure watermarks or authorship metadata from third-party content.
  • Training derivative models on outputs generated via our service without our written consent.

1.6 Regulated categories

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or prescription content without a human licensed medical professional reviewing each generated video before publication.
  • Financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance without a licensed advisor in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Legal advice presented as coming from a licensed attorney.

2. Platform abuse

  • Automated scraping, credential stuffing, or rate-limit evasion of our API or web interface.
  • Reselling or redistributing PixelForgeHub output as your own AI video service without a signed white-label agreement.
  • Using our service to generate training data for competing video or voice models.

3. Disclosure requirements

All AI-generated media produced via PixelForgeHub must carry appropriate disclosure when distributed publicly — per California SB 942 (AI Transparency Act), the EU AI Act Article 50, and the India IT Rules 2021 amendments. Minimum acceptable disclosure:

  • An in-frame "AI-generated" label visible for at least 3 consecutive seconds near the start of the video.
  • SynthID or equivalent invisible-watermark metadata embedded in the output container.
  • Written disclosure in the video description or accompanying caption on any social platform.

PixelForgeHub adds this disclosure automatically to every render; do not remove it.

4. Enforcement

We operate a three-strike system for minor violations and an immediate-termination policy for any violation of sections 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, or 1.4 above. Terminations for these categories are non-refundable and we will report content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, local law enforcement, and relevant platforms where applicable.

5. Reporting abuse

If you believe content generated via PixelForgeHub violates this policy, email yogeshnichal@gmail.com with the video ID or URL and a brief description. We aim to respond within 72 hours on business days.

6. Changes

We may update this policy to match new regulation (US state AI laws, EU AI Act secondary legislation, India DPDP Rules). Material changes will be announced on /changelog and emailed to active subscribers 14 days before taking effect.
