Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of our AI explainer and demo video generators. This policy details the rules and procedures for subscription cancellations and refund requests.
1. Subscriptions & Cancellation
All subscription plans (Monthly and Annual) automatically renew at the end of their billing cycle unless canceled:
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your PixelForgeHub subscription at any time directly through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal link in your dashboard settings or email invoice, or by contacting our support.
- Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your account will remain active with premium benefits until the end of your current paid billing period. No further renewal charges will occur.
2. Refund Windows & Eligibility
We offer refund windows under the following terms:
- Monthly Plans: You are eligible to request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or monthly renewal.
- Annual Plans: You are eligible to request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal.
- Exclusions and Fair Use: To prevent abuse, refunds will only be granted if you have consumed fewer than 5 video credits and have not rendered any customized full-length export videos during the refund window.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases and transactions are strictly non-refundable:
- API credits or pay-as-you-go credit top-ups.
- Custom design work, video voiceover licensing fees, or custom-tailored video templates ordered separately.
- Subscriptions where the user has generated, downloaded, or shared multiple rendering jobs during the refund window.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to pixelforgehubai@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your account email address.
- The invoice number or transaction ID provided by Lemon Squeezy / Razorpay.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (your feedback helps us improve!).
Refund requests are processed within 3–5 business days. Once approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
