When Termly is wired, this page will document the per-plan refund window (typically 7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual), exclusions (delivered custom videos, API-usage charges, video-credits consumed), the cancellation flow, proration rules, and the Lemonsqueezy / Razorpay merchant-of-record chargeback pathway.
