PixelForgeHub respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and comparable laws in India, the EU, and UK.

Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe content generated or hosted via our service infringes your copyright, email a written notice to yogeshnichal@gmail.com containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or specific identifier of the infringing material on our service.
• Your address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-notice

If you believe material you posted was wrongly removed, you may send a counter-notice to the same email containing the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and restore the content within 10–14 business days unless a court order is received.

Repeat-infringer policy

Accounts that accumulate multiple valid DMCA strikes may be suspended or terminated without refund, consistent with our Terms of Service.
