At PixelForgeHub, your privacy is a core priority. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data when you use the PixelForgeHub AI platform, our Chrome extensions, or related services (collectively, the "Service").

We collect information to provide a better experience, authenticate accounts, and process payments:

  • Account Data: When you sign up via Google OAuth or email, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture.
  • Usage Data: We collect details about your interactions with our Service, including URL submissions, custom video creation inputs, template selections, and rendering logs.
  • Device & Network Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and device identifiers are automatically recorded for security, spam prevention, and analytics.
  • Payment Information: All transactions are processed through our secure third-party Merchants of Record (Lemon Squeezy and Razorpay). We do not store or process your credit card numbers; we only receive confirmation tokens, subscription statuses, and billing zip codes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your personal data for the following legitimate business purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and provide the AI video rendering engine and dashboard.
  • To manage user accounts, authenticate logins, and prevent fraud.
  • To process billing, manage credit allocations, and verify active subscriptions.
  • To monitor system performance, optimize templates, and improve overall usability.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to support inquiries.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. To provide our Service, we share data with the following trusted third-party subprocessors:

  • Authentication & Database: Google Firebase and Supabase.
  • AI Models & Rendering: Groq API, Edge-TTS, and Pollinations.ai (only the prompts/scripts you submit are sent to render your videos).
  • Payments: Lemon Squeezy and Razorpay.
  • Analytics: PostHog, Google Analytics (GA4), and Microsoft Clarity (only active upon your opt-in consent).

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and fulfill legal requirements. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at pixelforgehubai@gmail.com.

5. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA, & DPDP Compliance)

Depending on your location, you have rights regarding your personal data:

  • EU GDPR & UK GDPR: You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability.
  • California CCPA/CPRA: You have the right to know what personal information is collected, request its deletion, opt out of the sale/sharing of personal info, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
