💡 Reporting a bug? Please include: extension version (Settings tab), Chrome version, the URL you were on, the prompt that broke, and a screenshot of the side panel + the Flow page if you can. We can usually reproduce within minutes when we have these.

⚡ Common fixes

The side panel says "Not on a Flow project page"

The extension only runs on labs.google/fx/tools/flow. Open Flow, click + New project, then re-open the side panel.

Prompts type but generation never starts

Sign out and back into Google. Flow occasionally drops the auth token in the page; a fresh sign-in clears it. Refresh the Flow tab after signing in.

Auto-download is not saving images

Open the side panel → confirm the Auto download toggle is on. Files land in Downloads/<your folder>/. Check that Chrome isn't blocking multiple downloads — accept the prompt the first time and Chrome will allow the rest.

Daily limit reached on Free

The Free tier resets at local midnight. To lift the cap, see pricing.

Queue is stuck on "Running…"

Click Stop, then Clear, then Run again. If it keeps stalling on the same prompt, the prompt may be tripping Flow's safety filter — try rephrasing it.

License key shows "Invalid"

Pro keys start with PFH-. Paste exactly as sent — no quotes, no leading/trailing spaces. If it still fails, email us and we'll reissue.

Free tier: best-effort, usually < 48 hours. Pro tier: priority, typically < 24 hours on weekdays. Solo creator working out of Pune (IST) — late-night IST emails get answered the next morning.
