Welcome to PixelForgeHub. By accessing or using our website (pixelforgehub.pro), AI Tester, our Chrome extensions, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to sign in using Google OAuth or create an email account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Payments, Credits, & Billing

Certain services require payment or subscription plans. All payments are processed securely through our Merchants of Record, Lemon Squeezy and Razorpay.

• Credit Allocation: Paid plans may allocate scan credits, usage limits, seats, or extension entitlements. Unused allowances do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
• Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription purchase.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify pricing or subscription models with prior notice to active subscribers.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

We respect intellectual property and expect our users to do the same:

• User Input Content: You retain ownership of the URLs, prompts, documents, text, images, and other material you submit to the Service.
• Generated Output: You own the reports, scans, and outputs generated for your account, subject to any third-party rights in your own inputs. You grant PixelForgeHub a limited license to process that material only as needed to deliver the Service.
• Service Assets: PixelForgeHub retains all right, title, and interest in its code, scanning engines, extension software, trademarks, designs, and related technology. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or decompile any part of our technology except where law permits it.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute any content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Promotes discrimination, hate speech, or violence based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• Impersonates any person or entity, including creating misleading deepfakes or non-consensual synthetic media.
• Attempts to disrupt, overload, or bypass the Service's infrastructure (e.g., through automated crawling, scraping, or script execution exceeding normal usage guidelines).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. PIXELFORGEHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REPORTS, EXTENSION OUTPUTS, OR AI-GENERATED SUGGESTIONS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIXELFORGEHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, India.
